this is not my favorite day in the year . 10 years ago on this day , joann m. hoover passed away . beloved mother of steven and cyndi , daughter of margaret and floyd allen , and part of an amazing trio of sisters.we love you , we miss you , and we wish you were here so we could tell you in person .

Gosh I miss her. Seems like the older I get, I miss her more. Thought this was supposed to get easier?
God bless you aunt Joann. I know she lives on in our hearts here in MI. I'll bet she'd have gotten a kick out of this blog too. Your mom was always just great to me. I remember this photo. She used to send the school pics. You guys have me all worked up here.
