this installment is from feb. '67.i had just learned the "cool" way to
spell tough . i discussed the difficulty of sending certain things
through the mail . there is also a dog update . and cousin pat had come
down to stay for awhile , my dad was going to help him get into the army
instead of getting drafted as a groundpounder . i believe it was during
that process it was discovered he had a goiter which as i recall made him
ineligible for service . and the dude was a chick magnet too . i think i
explain that in the letter...

Interesting letter. I'm thinking wood safes maybe not the wave of the future but would work! (get it?) I could see Pat being a chick magnet. Steve you still have dogs right? And btw, now I know where Tom got the idea of puttin me in an experimental sea crawer as part of a secret gang initiation, damn near drown me! Thanks for giving him tht idea Steve.
