saturday morning musing...

really starting to feel my age.i gotta say, that sign in my doctors office is so,so true.the one that says "life is like a roll of toilet paper, the closer you get to the end the faster it goes"...way to go,doc, way to really cheer up your aging and aged patients.

and remember my pissing and moaning last year as my birthday appoached?virtually nothing has changed on that front.except the extra added stress from this house business.there has been some miniscule progress, but this thing shows every sign of continuing through the fall.it is basiclly out of my hands, and there is nothing to do but wait.

ok,enough of that shit...i'm getting more and more angry at the oil spill business...as it has become very obvious that B.P. is lying through thier collective teeth, and our government seems content to be led around by the nose by these assholes.the intersection of big business and government does not bode well for us little folks.anybody paying attention can tell there is almost no difference between the two.on most issues that affect us all,the .gov is aligned with the corporations past the point of no return.and we the people are getting fucked over worse and worse.the difference betwixt the haves and(us)have nots is right back at the levels of the 1890's-1920's...happy new gilded age, everyone !

alright, enough whining and ranting.it has been noted by the timlin bros. that i neglected to put up a birthday post for myself.i believe i did in the past, but just didn't feel it.so i didn't.maybe i can figure out how to post the e-card that tammy made for me.better late than never,i always say.

hey, next month will mark the return of the magical mystery tour, with a letter written aug.13,1970 .hope i can think of clever witty things to write about it.haven't read it in awhile so i have absolutely no idea what's in it.prolly just more so-cal teenage babble...

ok,i'll cheer up at some point.because sometimes the glass is half full after all...

Left a comment but don't believe it went through so forgive me if I repeat myself. Yes, meet the new boss...same as the old boss. Looking forward to that next letter. And and a little quote..(yes I know..thankyou tony fricken robbins..) Actually coach John Wooden who just passed away:
"Things turn out best for people who make the best of the way things turn out".
