Dan said...: Yes, that is definately getting back to basics isn't it. really like that. On another note, not to take away from that zen moment...A couple Old 27 things that have or are going on. Last weekend was the Old 27 car cruise where anyone with the older classic cars travel up old 27 like a huge nostalgic parade. As I've said I'd love to get a film of that going by gramma's sometime. There must be something on youtube about it. Another thing is the Lansing to Mackinaw Labor day bike (bicycle) trip. A couple of my friends are doing it this year (right now)One of them recovered from a motorcycle accident (terrible) and her goal was she vowed to someday be able to ride her bike all the way up old 27 to mackinaw.
