i have been going thru my photo files ...can anyone
tell ? by the way ,1st photo , just above my moms
head ...the fabled cookie jar . and on the table is a
gallon jar of something , i'm guessing iced tea .
middle photo i'm guessing is around thanksgiving .
last one i know is from aug '73 . i guess it can't be
said enough...those were the good old days .
one more for good measure . think thats all i have of
the kitchen...

Thanks, I love these photos, to me or, us, they are more than just pictures. Those glasses on the table, I remember. Look at that old pepsi can. What was in that I wonder...ahem. I remember how that white door was so close to that chair. I recently saw something the other day that reminded me of the tile yellow wall. What was that, sun tea someone put out in that glass milk bottle? I actually have a glass green swirl style pitcher (heavy) that I believe was used also for iced tea up there. I think my folks must've had it. Anyone remember that? I actually have been up there and driven by. I turned around in the driveway (couple weeks ago)current owners have a dog, now I know another reason why they have a little fenced in portion up near the porch. Dog started barking..I looked at him, he looked at me, stopped barking, I turned around and looked at the property next door for sale, the pole barn style building that used to sell drywall and such.
i may have some more,some black and white ones and a few more color ones...they are pics i havent scanned yet.i will look....
I remember the green swirl T jug, made of glass. Everything in that kitchen I can remember without the photos too. the Cat Clendars we used to buy Grandma as a Christmas gift every year, lol, hanging behind Steve's head.
