happy birthday john...




wow.70 years ago john was born.and too soon was taken
from us . just like jimi , and stevie , and all the rest
whose lives were cut short , i wonder how much and what
kind of musical genius we were deprived of . hate to sound
selfish but i'm pretty sure we all feel the same way . i
came across this video and thought it might make a nice
tribute to one of the people who made the music that we all
still love and admire . and who inspired countless others
to make music . happy birthday john...and thanks...

John WHo? Was he a song writer? Hey I wondering when, not if, you'd get something up here. Thanks. Good clips. I was listening to some interviews about a month ago on youtube. They were interviewing him (audio only) inside the Dakota, interesting.

Give Peace a Chance, and some demented asshole guns him down. Always the same deal every century, every decade. Oh well, let's remember he was just an entertainer of our generation who made it big by luck. Hadn't been for Brian Epstein he may never have become "John Lennon," just john lennon, working class bloke, who may have done jail time.
