Found my mom's news of birth [Loree Ann Allen, [later last name Timlin] in the Clare MI Sentinel newspaper dated March 12, 1926. It was a weekly newspaper, and birth date was March 6. No mention of the baby's name but they mentioned our grandparents.

"Dover had another increase in population. This time its a little girl that

the stork brought to Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Allen Saturday, Mrs. Arm Allen is In attendance. Floyd says he is $500 richer now."  😂

Must have been a bet he had with the guys. In those days, they all must have lost their shirts to Floyd, lol.
