feb. 9 , 1964

let's see,something was going on that day...oh yeah,yeah,yeah

what a day in history . i personally only remember watching

them that night because thats the show my folks always

watched . when my dad found out about the beatles being on

he threatened to turn it off , or turn over to something else . ha

back in those days there just wasn't much else on. so he

relented and we watched...

i had heard their songs on the radio , and it's a good thing because

they could hardly be heard over the screaming from the audience .

at any rate , they changed the world , for better or worse.

they also changed the lives of millions , especially

four kids that liked to get together and have fun . i remember

doing our first "karaoke" style beatles show in front of

our parents shortly after this . it was at the timlins

house , the one before ridgefield . i'm sure we were terrible

but hey,what does one expect at that age?
